Foon Yew Laksa

Why it called Foon Yew Laksa is because it was sold in Foon Yew High School for almost 30 years. After it move to Gerai-gerai which located at Stulang Laut, the customers never reduce and it still very popular in Johor Bahru.

The customers can choose what they want to put in their laksa from a variety of ingredients at the counter. Then, the server there will prepare the laksa according to the customers need. The soup of the laksa was cooked by around 20 types of spices and ingredients for 4 to 5 hours. The standard of spicy was just nice and even for the customers who cannot eat spicy also will love it!

Traffic Light - The Workshop Cafe & Bar by Gran Fiesta

Traffic Light is the signature dessert in The Workshop Cafe & Bar by Gran Fiesta.

It was named Traffic Light because of the traffic colour : red colour of strawberry, green colour of kiwi and yellow colour of peach. The crispy waffle was fulled by abundant fruity ingredients and vanilla ice cream. Outside the waffle was sprinkled by white colour icing sugar and this perfectly match with a small pot of chocolate syrup. This is also the top 10 waffle in Johor Bahru, so how can you miss it?
